Delete your MintPriced data

MintPriced has no accounts. Your data is linked to a random install ID.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This deletes your photos, scan details, corrections, reports and usage events on our server, revokes the install token, and clears history on your phone.

Without the app

Email support@mintpriced.com with the subject “Delete my data”. If possible, include your install ID (Settings → About) or Google Play order number. We reply within 30 days.

What we keep

• Subscription records — the full record while your subscription is active and for 2 years after it ends; after that only an anonymous record (order number, product, date, amount) for as long as tax law requires, usually until 5 years after the end of the tax year.
• Scan counters — up to 13 months, so the free limit can’t be reset by deleting data.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting the app or your data does not cancel Pro. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
